Photos From My Tex-Mex Trip

This Spring I went to Texas and Mexico to watch baseball. Due to technical difficulties most of my vacation pictures departed for the Great Beyond. Here are a few snapshots that survived the process.

texas cattle art
In Texas even the art is about cattle...

The Ballpark in Arlington
This is batting practice at the Ballpark at Arlington. While it wasn't a bad place to watch the game, the stadium isn't a top-five venue.

A player for the Laredo Tecolotes
I spent a few days on the border watching
Los Tecolotes de Los Dos Laredos, a
Mexican League team that plays half of its
home games in Texas. Note the flags in the
background.

A Tecolotes player signing autographs
The Tecos ballplayers were a friendly group.

Laredo ballpark
Before the game... Again, note the flags.
